Promotional points

YTown Points and shop points are promotional loyalty points. They are earned through qualifying activity, cannot be purchased, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase gift cards, and have no fixed monetary value.

Merchant-funded offers

Each participating business independently creates and funds its offers, sets eligibility requirements and limits, and agrees to honor active offers. PerksPass does not reimburse merchants for redemptions.

Availability

Offers may have minimum purchases, customer limits, monthly limits, start dates, and end dates. Requirements are displayed before a customer claims a reward.

Abuse

Fraudulent transactions, duplicate accounts, manipulated purchases, and unauthorized point adjustments may be reversed and accounts may be suspended.

This starter policy should be reviewed by Michigan counsel before public launch.
